1. Drink Water
Weed doesn’t dehydrate your body like alcohol, but it still needs water to excrete “high causing” elements from your body, through sweat and urine. Many people suffering from a weed hangover might find it hard to gulp a glass or two of water but for most people, it helps.
Therefore, do take a glass or two of plain water, and if that doesn’t seem like an option; give water-rich fruits like watermelon and cucumbers a try. Apart from keeping your body hydrated, drinking water will also help you to get rid of the obnoxious cotton mouth.
2. Get some fresh air
Locking yourself up in the same room where you woke up is not the best option to get rid of a weed hangover. Situation can be worse if the room is not well ventilated, and therefore, going out and inhaling fresh air is highly recommended.

4. Get some more sleep
If you have just woken up, and there are symptoms of hangover, probably the best remedy is to sleep a little more. After smoking a lot weed, one can become restless, and the best thing to do in such times is to take proper rest. Restlessness coupled with a hangover can dent your day pretty heavily.
To avoid any undesirable consequence, better take some rest, provide time for your body to perform the routine repairs and get you back in a normal state. This remedy is only applicable if you have a lot of time, but if you have to go to work or attend a class, sleep as much as you can and stick with the aforementioned remedies.
5. Take Painkillers
This one is a quick remedy, but should not be taken as a routine or permanent solution. Pain killers might relieve your body of headaches, and might make you feel good temporarily; they never restore your body to its normal state.
Taking painkiller is acceptable if you accidentally smoked a lot of weed at night and you have to go to work in the morning. It acts as a rapid cure, but continual or long-term usage of pain killers leaves detrimental impact on your liver.
